FHS News

The flu bug has landed at the high school.
This means there are some legitimately sick students who cannot be present for finals.

Here is the plan:
A)  A student produces a doctor’s note verifying they are unable to attend finals.
B)  Finals will be proctored in the library during after school tutoring time on one of our first days back.
C) Final grades will be an F until the exam has been made up.
D) All exams must be made up within the first three days of school in January.

Area students age 15-19 have an amazing opportunity to participate in the Freeport Noon Rotary Summer 2015 Youth Exchange Program.  Students will be paired with another student in another country and spend four weeks in each other's homes, sharing in the other's culture and family life, hosted by the local Rotary Club.  Interested students and their parents should attend an informational meeting on November 18 or December 2 from 6:30pm-7:30pm at the Freeport High School library or see Mr. Pierce at the high school.  APPLICATION
